This website is a product catalog. It does not take payment and it has no checkout. An inquiry opens an email in your own mail program to info@avalux.net.

What we process

If you email us, we receive the address you write from and whatever you put in the message (name, phone, company, quantity, engraving request). We use it to reply and to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies: the catalog sets none until you choose. If you accept, we load Google Ads tag AW-18527375404. Consent Mode v2 stays denied until then. Google may store advertising cookies. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can refuse. You can clear a saved choice by deleting this site’s data in your browser.

Hosting: the pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as the IP address in order to deliver the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who process it for us (email and hosting, and Google only after consent) or when the law requires it.

Retention

Inquiry mail is kept as long as we need it for the request, the business relationship and legal duties.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object where we rely on legitimate interest. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time.
